Our community is special to us…it’s the place we call home and the people we call neighbors. We put a lot of work into it every day and get even more out of it as the years go by.
Part of the reason living here is so rewarding is the way our community is managed. Community Management Corporation manages our community. What does that mean for you? It means that our management company, paid with your association dues, provides the professional service you expect in order to maintain the value of your home, while growing the value of your investment.
As a resident of the Woodstream Community it is important to stay informed on happenings within the community. Currrently the Community uses several ways to keep you informed:
- The website offers a calendar of events, governing documents, forms and announcements/updates on meetings and activities. When you register as a resident, please take a moment to set up "My Preferences" and be sure to select notifications. Notifications are sent "bcc" so your email isn't shared. You can opt-out of the phone book and still opt-in to notifications.
- Communication / Activities committee, also, utilizes email (woodstreamcomm@gmail.com) and unofficial Facebook (Woodstream Community - Stafford, Virginia) to send newsletters and announcements to those that have provided the committee with contact emails.
- Clubhouse Coordinator handles Clubhouse/Pool Rentals and pool pass distribution. For information and availability of dates email woodstreamclubhouse@gmail.com.
